it may be a bug or just a bad conection on my part, im not quite sure but here it is
I have that ability to build Bio Commando in the Barracks but when i type in the number i want and click Recruit and train it takes me to the HTTP 404 page, just wondering is it just my conection or is the link just not working?

Cheers for the post. Yes it is the game not your connection.. The barracks are on the list but not yet being worked on.. that will be patched up when the feature is looked at... thanks for letting me know though.

its Probaly not a bug but i cant get any more cix i can't scout for more and me attacking the person above me is just pointless is there a cix limit for the area you choose? any way i do have enough intelliegence here is the little message saying so
